Senior Pastor:
Douglas Geeze,  pastor of Faith Baptist Church since 1989, is a graduate of Houghton College in Western NY and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He and his wife Joanne have been married since 1984 and have been blessed with Matthew, Jon and Caroline. Joanne teaches music and strings.  She is part of the Praise Team and our Sunday children’s ministry. 

 
                                 College/Young Adult Ministers:

Jackie Raffo’s passion in ministry is breaking down the walls that separate students
from each other and from God.  After completing her training, she directed campus ministry at Nichols College, and in 2006 changed ministries to become the director of the Worcester State College Campus Ambassadors.  She lives in Worcester near the campus.

       
                                                        
Joe Shea has been able to use his giftedness, communicating unshakable truth to a generation  living on very shaky ground.  He has served at Faith in different capacities for over 20 years and now finds himself ministering to a generation in need. Joe lives in Spencer with his wife, Annie, and their teens ~ Jeremiah, Joe, Dave and Sam.

 

                                                      Youth Pastor:             

Adam Ganong joined us in September 2007. He is a graduate of New Brunswick Bible Institute and has plans to attend Bethel Seminary of the East (right here at FBC) to attain his Masters in Divinity. Married since 1999 to his wife, Audrey, Adam moved here from New Brunswick specifically to minister to our youth.  They reside   in Spencer with their dog, Hannah.

                                                            

                                                  Children’s Minister:   

 Patti Lake loves working with kids and it’s evident to them and anyone else who watches her teach, sing, puppeteer, play, direct drama or share the love of Jesus.  She joined our FBC staff in August 2009.  Patti teaches music professionally at a Christian school in Franklin.  She lives with her husband, Brian, in Shrewsbury and they have three grown children.

                                                Administrative Assistants

Kimberlyn Evers grew up here at Faith and has been involved in ministry since she was a teen.  Her giftedness, as well as her experience, has readied her for the position of Financial Manager.  Kim lives in Auburn with her husband, John, & son, Eli.

 Sue Scott became actively involved in ministry in 1987 and has started and served in many different ministries over the years.  She understands the importance of communicating the mission and details of ministries and tries her best as Communications Manager to do just that.  She and her husband, Steve, live here in Auburn and have two grown children.
